Services: LW Strategies provides grant consulting services and Doom & Bloom workshops to organizations in support of a life-sustaining future. The specific scope of services will be defined in individual client agreements.

1. Client Responsibilities: Clients are responsible for providing accurate and timely information necessary for LW Strategies to perform its services.

2. Confidentiality: LW Strategies will maintain the confidentiality of all client information and documents.

3. Payment: Fees for services will be outlined in individual client agreements. Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date unless otherwise specified.

4. Limitation of Liability: LW Strategies' liability is limited to the amount of fees paid for the services in question.

5. Termination: Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice.

6. Governing Law: LW Strategies is governed by the laws of Massachusetts

7. Changes to Terms: LW Strategies reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes.

8. Entire Agreement: This agreement, along with any individual client agreements, constitutes the entire understanding between the parties.
