Lilly Worthley is a certified Grant Strategist focused on advancing climate action and all the intersections that entails. With over 10 years of experience and a BS in Environmental Sciences from UVM, she founded LW Strategies to tackle a major pain point she saw in countless organizations, a lack of strategic grant planning and writing.

As a member of the Global Grant Writing Collective, she collaborates with a network of 600+ grant writers who have collectively raised over $1 billion USD.

Lilly combines her technical expertise in research and project management with a knack for data-woven storytelling. She loves helping her clients realize their full potential and achieve their mission.

Outside of LW Strategies, she serves on the board of the Climate Direct Action Education Fund Inc. and is the founder of the Doom & Bloom Project.
